To keep using CEMR, choose the Monthly, Bi-annual or Annual plan. Your patients, records and settings stay exactly as they are.
Is the price per user?
No. The price is per clinic, and it covers all your staff across every role.
Can multiple users access the system at the same time?
Yes. Everyone on your team can be signed in at once, each with the access their role allows.
Does CEMR work on mobile devices?
Yes. CEMR is web-based and works on desktops, laptops, tablets and phones. There's no software to install.
Can clinics outside Nigeria subscribe?
Yes. CEMR supports international clinics, with payment in your local currency. Contact us for details.
Is technical support included?
Yes. Every plan includes support on WhatsApp, by phone and by email.
Can we get our own subdomain?
Custom subdomains are available depending on the plan you choose. Talk to us about what you need.
What if our subscription lapses?
Access is restricted until you renew, and your data is kept for a 60-day grace period. After that it may be permanently deleted, so please renew on time. See our terms.
