Step 1 — Apply and Get Approved. Submit your application to become a CEMR affiliate. Once reviewed and approved, your account is created and you receive a unique referral code tied to your name. For example: CEMR-JOHN-4X7K.
Step 2 — Share Your Referral Code. Share your referral code with any clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility that needs a modern Electronic Medical Records system. You can share it via WhatsApp, email, social media, in person — any way you like.
Step 3 — They Sign Up. When the clinic is onboarded onto the CEMR platform, their account is permanently linked to your referral code. That link never expires and never changes.
Step 4 — Earn Every Time They Pay. Every subscription payment that clinic makes — monthly or annually — automatically generates a commission for you. You do not need to do anything extra. The system tracks it all in real time.
Step 5 — Get Paid. Log into your personal Affiliate Portal anytime to view your referral code, total referred clients, commissions earned, and pending payouts. When your earnings are ready, we send the payment directly to the bank account you have on file.
